Low Cost Spay and Neuter Program
We at the Western PA Humane Society strongly encourage pet owners to have their pets spayed or neutered due to the numerous health and behavioral benefits that result from the procedures. We are pleased to be able to offer a Low Cost Spay and Neuter Program where the costs of the pre-surgical exam, vaccinations, and surgical procedure itself are greatly discounted.
To qualify, your annual household income must be less than $25,000.
All pets participating in this program must have a pre-surgical exam at our Wellness Clinic prior to scheduling a surgery date. The cost of the exam, vaccines, and surgery MUST be paid in full at the end of the pre-surgical exam. Your pet's spay or neuter appointment may be scheduled at this time.
Prior to scheduling a pre-surgical exam, the appropriate application below must be completed, submitted and processed by our surgery coordinator. Once processed, we will contact you to schedule your pet's exam.
